The Slipdixies take their unique New Orleans inspired sounds all around Melbourne, regularly gigging in venues in the inner burbs and appearing at a many festivals across the State.
Our repertoire ranges from hot driving rhythms to laid back blues. We play old favourites as well as lesser known forgotten treasures of a bygone era.
Susy Hull fronts the band with incredible vocals and washboard rhythm, accompanied by a rocketing banjo, resonator guitar , mighty sousaphone and a talented front line of horns & reeds
